WebWarden
After nearly 30 years of the Internet, 20 years of smartphones, and 2 years of ChatGPT, it’s clear that the 21st century is the age of the Internet. With today’s children growing up in a world without a time before the Internet, teaching them how to use the World Wide Web is more important than ever.
While the Web makes it easy to find information and connect with others, it also allows hate, misinformation, inappropriate content, and scams to spread quickly, often hidden by anonymity. WebWarden aims to be a guide and educational tool for navigating the Internet safely, as it becomes the most important invention in our daily lives.
Mission Statement
The internet can be a dangerous place, especially if you don’t know what you’re putting yourself into. That’s why we made WebWarden, the ultimate cybersecurity website. We have resources for both parents as well as teens. For parents, we have a comprehensive guide on how to keep you and your kids safe online as well as informative articles. For kids and teens, we have interactive games to challenge your skills and even teach you some new ones.
Warden
And if you ever get lost in our diverse set of resources, you can always ask the Warden, our personal chatbot designed to help answer any security related questions. Warden can also redirect you to any relevant page as well as outside sources that may be useful.
